Captain K. Klingman

Captain Klingman has been a member of the Bal Harbour Police Department since 1985.  Captain Klingman previously worked for Miami Beach Police Department.

While working at Bal Harbour, Captain Klingman has been assigned to a number of units including uniform patrol, motorcycle traffic enforcement, crime watch, and the VIN unit.  Captain Klingman has also received numerous commendations and has been selected as the department’s officer of the month and year on multiple occasions, most recently awarded Bal Harbour Officer of the month in July 2004 and Dade County Chiefs of Police, Officer of the Month for September 2004.... Captain Gregory Roye 

Captain Gregory Roye began his career with the Bal Harbour Police Department in 1991.  He was quickly promoted to a supervisory position in 1993, and now serves as the Criminal Investigations Captain.  Captain Roye oversees the Department’s General Investigations Unit, Vice Intelligence-Narcotics Unit and also serves as the Department’s Public Information Officer.

Captain Roye also commands a multi-agency narcotics and money laundering task force. The task force consists of 12 investigators from 4 local police....  CLICK FOR MORE

Captain Michael Daddario

Captain Michael Daddario began his career in the NYPD Police Academy in 1984. He came to us from the NYC Housing Police Department in Oct. of 1989, where he had worked for 5 years patrolling the neighborhoods of the Bronx.

He has served the Bal Harbour Police Department in a number of capacities including: Bicycle patrol, Field Training Officer, Jet Ski patrol, Off Duty Coordinator and most notably as the Dade County Police Benevolent Association’s Bal Harbour representative. He served in that role for 15 years and represented the officers in numerous labor negotiations.... CLICK FOR MORE

Lieutenant Chuck Merrill

Lt. Chuck Merrill began his career with the Bal Harbour Police Department at the age of 19 as one of the Village's first Public Service Aids. Soon after he became a Patrol officer, and after a few years of service, was promoted to the rank of Corporal a supervisory position.... CLICK FOR MORE
